Paper

Inspired by the traditional paper making techniques, I managed to make my own handmade paper. Newspapers, paper packaging, cardboards and other material that would, otherwise, end up in landfills are finally transformed to raw material. Furthermore, I use material from nature such as fallen leaves, flowers, herbs, even spices to create different texture papers and various colors. Through this process, "new" paper is produced and it is 100% recycled product. This idea is based on a second chance in life, since trash stop to be considered as such and are ready to be used again. The manufacturing process takes long, but that is exactly where its interest lies. As a result, trash become eventually the basis for me to paint and create. This is a game without limits.
